Eligibility
Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees, contractors, and agents of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible. Internet access and a valid Instagram or TikTok account are required.

Promotional period
The contest is starting Friday 22 August 2025 at 12:00 UK time (BST) and Closing Friday 29 August 2025 at 16:00 UK time (BST). Entries received outside these times will not be accepted.

How to enter

b) Like the giveaway post on the same platform and Comment with 🧡

One entry per person. Multiple or automated entries are not allowed. If your profile is private, we may request proof that you followed before the closing time.

Prize
One month of Thrill Collagen+ supplied as 30 cans, a mixed selection of Cucumber & Mint and Lemon & Elderflower. UK delivery to a single UK address is included. Flavour mix and packaging are subject to availability. No cash or other alternative. Prize is non transferable and non refundable.

Winner selection
All valid entries on Instagram and TikTok will be pooled into one prize draw, regardless of the social media channel used to enter. One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible accounts that liked the giveaway post during the promotional period on either platform. To be confirmed as the winner, the person must live in the United Kingdom, be 18 years of age or older, have a public account at the time of entry and verification, and meet all entry conditions in section 4 including following @thrilldrinks on Instagram or TikTok and liking the post. Private accounts are not eligible because follows and likes cannot be verified. Entries that do not meet these conditions will be disqualified upon verification, and a reserve drawn at the same time may be awarded the prize. The random draw will use a verifiable random method.

Notification and claim
The Promoter will contact the winner by direct message on Instagram or TikTok within 3 days of the closing date. The winner must reply within 5 days with full name and a UK delivery address. If the winner does not respond in time or is ineligible, the Promoter may disqualify that winner and award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time.

Publicity
By entering, you agree that your name or handle may be announced on @thrilldrinks social channels if you win. No further publicity or content usage will occur without your consent.

Content guidelines
Do not post unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. The Promoter may disqualify entries that breach platform rules or these terms.

General
No purchase necessary. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or incomplete due to network, hardware, or software issues. The Promoter may cancel or amend the promotion where necessary due to events outside its control. The Promoter’s decision is final.

Data protection
Personal data will be processed only for the administration of this promotion and delivery of the prize, in line with applicable data protection law and the Promoter’s privacy policy. Data will not be used for marketing unless you provide consent.

Platform terms
You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram or TikTok. You must comply with each platform’s terms of use.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
