Wellbeing is not a project. It's one small thing a day.

It's World Wellbeing Week and if these "awareness weeks" usually make you want to lie down, same.
Here's our take: wellbeing doesn't fall apart because we don't care. It falls apart because the bar's too high. The big reset, the 5am routine, the colour-coded plan… most of us have quietly given up by Thursday.
So this week, we're doing the opposite. One small thing a day. A minute each, costs nothing, actually doable. Do the ones you fancy, skip the rest. No streak to break, no guilt.
Here's the plan 👇

1. Set your intention. Pick one thing you want to feel more of this week. Calmer, stronger, more you. That's the whole task.
2. Connect. One proper moment with someone. A coffee, a walk, a quick call, or just asking someone how they are and actually listening. Connection is wildly good for us and the first thing to slip when we're busy.
3. Hydrate. Aim for 1.5–2L a day (about 6–8 glasses). Don't wait until you're thirsty... by then you're already behind, so sip little and often. Keep a bottle in sight, drink more when it's hot or you've moved a lot, and if your pee's pale yellow, you're winning. (Good news: every sip counts, not just water,so a Thrill counts too, with 5g collagen and vitamins B & C along for the ride.)
4. Move. Aim for 150 minutes of moderate movement a week, that's just 30 minutes, five times. Walk, cycle, swim, dance, whatever you enjoy. Today's win can be a ten-minute walk. It counts.
5. Wind down. Five minutes to switch off. Phone away, slow breaths, a stretch, some music, a quiet cup of tea. We're great at filling days and rubbish at ending them well, this helps.
6. Do something that makes you feel great. The spin class, the long walk, dancing round the kitchen. Do one thing that leaves you feeling good about yourself, and enjoy the glow after. That feeling isn't small.
7. Rest and reflect. Rest, properly, no guilt, it's part of wellbeing, not a reward. Then pick the one habit that actually felt good. You don't need all seven. One that sticks is a real win.
None of this is new or complicated, that's why it works. Wellbeing isn't something you complete or fail at. It's a few small things you do, again and again.
Pick one. Start today. We'll be cheering you on. 🧡
